These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and use of services offered by Nelus, a brand under the company Pay-Off, an online clothing store specializing in the sale of t-shirts, hoodies, and other garments within Europe. By using Nelus’s services, you agree to these Terms.

Products: All garments offered on Nelus’s website.

3. Orders and Agreements

Orders are placed through Nelus’s website. An agreement is concluded when Nelus confirms the order via email.

Nelus reserves the right to refuse orders or to impose additional conditions on delivery.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website.

5. Delivery

Nelus delivers only within Europe. The delivery period is indicative and not binding. Delivery delays do not entitle the user to compensation.

The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the user at the time of delivery.

6. Return Policy

Users have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Returns can be processed by following the return instructions provided by Nelus.

• General Returns: If you are returning a product that is not defective, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. You will receive a refund for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, to the original payment method.

• Note for Sale Items: If you are returning a sale item, you will receive a refund in store credits instead of a refund to the original payment method.

• Sale Items: If you are returning a sale item, you must select “SALE ITEM (REFUND STORE CREDIT)” as the return reason. You will be refunded in store credits for sale items.

• Defective Products: If the returned product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, as determined by Nelus upon receipt of the returned item, the user will be refunded the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. The assessment of manufacturing defects is at the sole discretion of Nelus.

7. Warranty and Liability

Nelus guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of reliability and usability.

Nelus’s liability is limited to the amount of the respective order, unless in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with Nelus’s privacy policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Changes to the Terms

Nelus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes via the website.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all agreements between Nelus (Pay-Off) and the user are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Pay-Off is located.
